President of Singapore (President)

He is the Head of State. The President is elected by the electorate and holds certain veto powers meant to safeguard the financial reserves of the country. He also ensures the integrity of the public service, and acts as a check on certain powers of the Government. In exercising these functions, the President is advised by a Council of Presidential Advisers. The President’s term is for six years. Arts 17, 20 and 21 of the CRS.

Presiden Singapura (Presiden)

Presiden adalah Ketua Negara. Presiden dipilih oleh para pengundi dan memegang kuasa veto tertentu yang bertujuan untuk melindungi simpanan kewangan negara. Beliau juga memastikan integriti perkhidmatan awam, dan bertindak sebagai kekangan atas kuasa tertentu yang dimiliki Pemerintah. 总统是国家元首。总统由国民选举产生，拥有财政否决权，这是为了维护国家长期积累 的储备金。总统也确保公共服务保持诚信，作为对政府权力的制约。在执行职务时，总 统可首先咨询总统顾问理事会的意见。总统的任期为六年。 新加坡共和国宪法第17,20及21条款。

சிங்கப்பூர் அதிபர் (அதிபர்)

இவர் நாட்டின் தலைமகன் ஆவார். மக்களால் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்படும் அதிபர் நாட்டின் நிதி இருப்புகளைப் பாதுகாப்பதற்கான குறிப்பிட்ட நீக்கதிகாரத்தை (வீட்டோ) பெற்றிருப்பார். மேலும் அவர் அரசாங்கச் சேவையின் நேர்மையை உறுதி செய்வதுடன் அரசாங்கத்தின் சில குறிப்பிட்ட அதிகாரங்களை தணிக்கை செய்பவராகவும் இருப்பார். இந்த செயற்பாடுகளில் அதிபருக்கு அதிபர் ஆலோசகர் மன்றம் ஆலோசனை வழங்கும். அதிபரின் பதவிக்காலம் ஆறு ஆண்டுகளாகும்.
